There is no single fixed routine because every property is different, but the path below is what a typical enquiry follows from first contact to agreed work.

Call us or request a free quote. A few details about what needs clearing, and a rough idea of the amount, helps us understand the job. If you have photos, include them so we can get a sense of the contents before any visit.
Discussion and Assessment
We talk through your enquiry and, where useful, visit to assess the contents in person. We look at what needs clearing and, separately, what may hold resale value. Not every enquiry leads to a visit or an accepted job.
Agreed Scope or Potential Purchase
We agree a clear plan with you before anything is moved. You decide what stays and what goes. If any contents hold genuine resale value, we may offer to buy them, which can reduce or offset the clearance charge. Any purchase or valuation depends on assessment and agreement.
Arrangement of Suitable Work
Once the details are agreed, we arrange the clearance and removal of the agreed areas. Any purchase of contents, and how it relates to the clearance, is something we agree with you as part of the overall arrangement.
